Cancellation and Return Policy

1. General

QUANTUM, having its registered office at

(“QUANTUM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) manages and operates the website and mobile platform available at https://www.quantumtspl.com (collectively referred to as the “QUANTUM Platform”).

Through the QUANTUM Platform, we facilitate the sale of men’s and women’s apparel and related fashion products (“Products”) to users (“User”, “Users”, “you”, or “your”).

At QUANTUM, we aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable shopping experience, including clear processes for order cancellation, returns, and refunds. This Cancellation and Return Policy (“Policy”), read together with the Terms and Conditions, explains the rules and procedures for cancelling orders, returning Products, and receiving refunds.

2. Applicability of Policy

By using the QUANTUM Platform or placing an order for any Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the QUANTUM Platform.

QUANTUM may revise or update this Policy from time to time. Each time you use the Platform, you are responsible for reviewing the Policy that is in force at that time.

3. Cancellation of Orders

You may cancel your order, in whole or in part, before the Product status changes to “Out for Delivery”. Once an order is marked as “Out for Delivery”, it cannot be cancelled.

You can view your order status in the “My Orders” section of your QUANTUM account or through the tracking link shared by email or SMS.

If you wish to cancel after placing an order and before dispatch, you may submit a cancellation request directly from the “My Orders” page on the QUANTUM Platform.

Once we receive your cancellation request, QUANTUM will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped. Upon successful cancellation, a confirmation will be sent to you, and the refund will be initiated within 3 to 7 business days through the original method of payment or as QUANTUM store credit, as applicable. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.

QUANTUM reserves the right to cancel any bulk, high volume, or suspicious orders at its sole discretion. For business or bulk enquiries, you may contact us using the contact details provided in this Policy.

4. Returns

You may initiate a return request within 5 days from the date of delivery (“Return Period”) if the Product delivered is:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • missing parts

  • different from what you ordered

In such cases, you must inform QUANTUM Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery.

Returned Products must be:

  • unused and unwashed

  • in their original condition and packaging

  • with all tags, labels, invoices, and accessories intact

QUANTUM may request photographs or additional information regarding the Product and may arrange inspection if required. After verifying the issue, QUANTUM may approve or reject the return request at its sole discretion.

Products will be eligible for return only if:

  • they are returned in original condition with barcode or serial identification intact

  • all original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

  • there is no damage or misuse after delivery

QUANTUM will not accept returns in the following cases:

  1. You ordered the wrong size, colour, or Product.

  2. The Product is listed as not returnable on the Product page or falls into a nonreturnable category.

  3. You did not report damage or defect within the Return Period.

After your request is approved, our logistics partner will be arranged to pick up the Product from your address. Please retain the pickup acknowledgement for your records.

QUANTUM does not currently offer Product replacements.

The following Product categories are generally nonreturnable unless proven to be damaged or defective at the time of delivery:

  • socks, hosiery, or intimate wear

  • limited edition or specifically marked “nonreturnable” Products

  • Products that have been tried, washed, altered, or used

  • personal care or hygiene related items

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after the returned Product is received by QUANTUM or its logistics partner and verified for compliance with this Policy.

Once the Product passes inspection, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.

Refunds may be issued:

  • to the original payment method, or

  • as QUANTUM store credit, as may be offered or selected at the time of resolution

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary according to your bank or payment service provider.

Unless otherwise stated, refunds do not include shipping charges, except where the Product delivered is confirmed as defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error attributable to QUANTUM.

QUANTUM reserves the right to reject a refund request if the returned Product fails quality checks, shows signs of use, damage, or tampering, or does not meet the return conditions. In such cases, the Product may be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.

For orders placed more than 180 days prior to the refund request, QUANTUM may require additional verification documents, such as a cancelled cheque, copy of bank passbook, or photo identity proof, for manual processing of refunds, where applicable.

If an order is not successfully placed but the payment is debited, or if an order is cancelled and payment has already been processed, QUANTUM will initiate a refund automatically. Such refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment service provider.

6. Special Notes

For customised, altered, or fitted Products, returns will be accepted only if the customization or alteration was carried out by QUANTUM or its authorised personnel.

Products that have been altered, washed, damaged, or customized by you or by any third party will not be eligible for return or refund.
